Long-focus "master of bokeh" with the highest aperture of f / 1.4. The model belongs to the top line of Sigma Art optics and is available in versions for Canon, Nikon and Sigma SLR cameras, as well as for Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras. Optically, the Sigma 105mm F1.4 DG HSM Art consists of 17 elements in 12 groups, including three FLD glass elements, two SLD elements and one aspherical lens element.

Why is all this necessary? At a minimum, to eliminate unwanted aberrations and provide ultra-high resolution images in general. With a focal length of 105mm, f/1.4 aperture, and a 9-blade aperture design, the lens delivers some truly amazing bokeh. In addition, it focuses quickly and accurately from a distance of 1 m and, due to the low level of sagittal coma, is suitable for the genre of astrophotography. Out of the box, the model is equipped with a plastic hood, which, in turn, is reinforced with carbon fiber. And now the fat “but” — the lens weighs almost 1.6 kg. Fortunately, you can attach a special leg to it for installation immediately on a tripod.
