Ruike P801-SF

The Ruike brand folding EDC knife can be classified as a solution at the intersection of the entry-level and mid-price segments. It is an all-metal model: both the blade and the handle (with liners) are made of steel. When folded, the product has a length of 11.4 cm, which allows for pocket wear, and in working condition it increases to exactly 20 cm (86 mm per blade). The Ruike P801-SF knife has a blade with a universal and very popular drop-point profile.

It is suitable for a variety of operations, including cutting and chopping, with the latter also helped by its moderate 3.1mm spine thickness. The blade is made of 14C28N steel. This is a stainless alloy with good performance properties and a high level of hardness - at least 58 units on the Rockwell scale, but can reach 60 HRC. A different steel is used for the handle - 3Cr14N. It also has good resistance to corrosion processes, guarantees readiness for serious loads, overall strength and reliability. By the way, the total weight of the product as a result was not too large - about 120 grams. Among other features of the model, it is worth highlighting the frame lock for blocking arbitrary folding, the ability to operate with one hand, as well as the presence of a hole for a lanyard and a blue pocket clip.
