Ultra-compact, professional battery-powered electric rotary hammer with vertical motor and SDS Plus chuck. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, designed to perform two main operations: conventional and impact drilling of a wide range of materials. Due to its ultra-small (for a rotary hammer) dimensions, it can be successfully used in the absence of free space.

It will be useful when performing various assembly, dismantling and construction works in conditions where it is impossible to connect to the electrical network. The practical L-shaped layout allowed the manufacturer to reduce the length of the case to just 24.6 cm (without accessories). An important advantage of the Makita HR166DZ rotary hammer is a well-protected and quite powerful collector motor.

Working in conjunction with a steel helical gear and durable impact mechanism, it delivers impressive torque and 1.1 joules of impact energy to efficiently drill holes up to 16mm in diameter in tough concrete, engineered/natural stone, brick and other hard mineral materials. In the drilling mode, it allows you to work effectively with metal (up to 10 mm), wood (up to 13 mm), polymers and composites. Supports electronic speed control, LED backlight with afterglow and safety clutch. Batteries 10.8V, charger and case are not included.
