The HP Colour All-In-One is positioned as an enterprise-class mid-range solution. The model combines the capabilities of a laser printer with support for duplex printing, copier, scanner and fax. The manufacturer recommends the device for small and medium workgroups (up to 15 people) who need to print up to 7.5K pages per month. If necessary, the monthly load on the HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow M578C MFP can be increased to 80,000 pages.

Users can count on good performance: both printing and copying are performed at up to 38 ppm, and this is true for black and white, and for colour format. Convenient and fast scanning (up to 58 colour images per minute) is provided by a flatbed scanner with a 100-sheet automatic document feeder. The latter supports the digitization of documents from both sides in one pass. Useful features of the model include the presence of a built-in 500 GB hard drive, a convenient touch control panel (8-inch colour screen) and a sliding keyboard.
