overall, as a watch owner, this is a very sensible addition, but still it's imperfect (which is unlike Garmin), for example, it wouldn't be a problem if you haven't weighed yourself for 2 days to remind you about it in the morning, it’s not difficult to implement. overall, when it sees all the data in one application, it's cool. It collects and analyzes a lot of different info. it's quite strange how they turn on; you need to lift them rather than press.
