Ergonomic and lightweight car seat for children from birth to one year (0-13 kg). The smallest passengers (weight category up to 6 kg) are located in the seat of the chair on a special insert. The product is installed in the car interior facing against the direction of travel and is fastened with the help of regular car belts. In some trim levels, a base with Isofix system mounts is supplied with the Chicco Key Fit.

A child in a child car seat is fastened with internal three-point belts. The model is equipped with a sun visor and fits on the chassis of a wide range of Chicco pushchairs (Simplicity, Kwik.One, Urban, Stroll'in'2). The anatomical pillow increases the comfort level of the baby's landing. As part of the crash test according to the methodology of the General German Automobile Club ADAC, the model received a "good" (+) rating in the "safety" category. Overall, it scored high on safety, but the chair was knocked off a couple of points for the increased space requirements and the hand-washable, removable microfibre upholstery.
