Binoculars with large 70-millimeter objective lenses and 15x magnification. The instrument is designed for use at long and medium distances, including astronomical observations. The actual field of view is 4.4° (77 m at a distance of 1 km). The optical system of the Celestron SkyMaster 15x70 binoculars is built according to the classic Porro design. Prismatic elements made from BaK-4 barium glass and coated with multi-layer antireflection coating ensure a clear and high-quality image with minimal color distortion.

The large eye relief (18 mm) and the presence of a diopter adjustment mechanism make this binocular suitable for users with different vision needs. The body, made from aluminum alloy, stands out for its waterproof and dust-proof properties to protect the interior from moisture and dirt. The tubes are filled with inert gas to prevent lens fogging. Due to the substantial weight (1361 g) and high magnification, it is advisable to use these binoculars with a tripod (there is an appropriate mounting on the body).
