The Chinese have finally reached a market like headphones. The arrival of new ambitious players is quite pleasing, and only the Chinese could release such cool models at such a price. Those greedy Beats would probably set a cosmic price for a product of this level, I think no less than EUR 112-130. But here, I managed to acquire such a unique device with an awesome set of features for just EUR 24. Something tells me that when consumers find out what's what, these headphones will be in wild shortage. Good sound quality, if I heard it blindly, I'd say it sounds like some expensive high-end gear. The bass is especially good, no wonder they put in those big two-inch drivers. Seamless smartphone synchronization, works smoothly up to 7-8 meters; beyond that, fragments start cutting out and the connection breaks. Decent built-in microphone, captures voice confidently, so they also work well as a headset. Very high-capacity built-in battery. If it suddenly runs out, you can connect the headphones with a regular mini-jack, and they will work as standard wired ones. Ears sweat under them. The overall impression of the material quality and assembly is approximately 3+ on a five-point scale. I know I'm a perfectionist, but it's definitely not Xiaomi or Meizu, it seems they're saving on build quality. Some structural elements, for example, the mechanism for adjusting the ear height, don't seem sturdy and durable enough. I'll try to take care of those parts; the aforementioned mechanism is generally adjusted only once. The built-in battery capacity is slightly overstated; my USB current meter showed no more than 550 mAh, but definitely not 650. However, this didn't prevent the headphones from lasting 33 hours with continuous music playback! |
