This is convenient for those who track workouts in Strava or maintain a food and step diary in Apple Health or Google Fit — body composition data automatically integrates into the overall picture without duplicating records. In addition to body weight, the device calculates the percentage of body fat, body fluid, muscle mass, and bone mass, as well as determines biological age.

Based on these indicators, the app calculates the recommended daily calorie intake and saves the measurement history, allowing users to track progress. It supports creating profiles for multiple family members. The maximum load is 180 kg with a division value of 100 g, and the result can be displayed in kilograms, pounds, or stones — the latter being relevant for users accustomed to the British measurement system. The platform is made of glass, powered by four AAA batteries, and among the basic conveniences are automatic activation upon pressing and shut-off after a period of inactivity.
