For call center operators, video collation

Not a bad microphone, sound too, you can even listen to music, though there's no sound insulation, so everyone around will hear it as well. The design doesn't look sturdy, and the wire is very thin. On an average-sized head, they don't sit securely. Overall, if used for its intended purpose, it's okay. Not very suitable for other tasks.
