Brother PJ-883

One of the older modifications of a portable printer for printing from the popular manufacturer Brother in 2023. It is an incredibly compact model with overall dimensions of only 255x55x30 mm and weighs no more than 0.48 kg. The device uses a thermal sublimation printing method, so printing does not require ink - the only "consumable" is the heat-sensitive paper itself. The device differs from its predecessors in the possibility of mobile printing, there is full support for AirPrint and Mopria applications.

However, the device has retained the previous connection options: USB Type C and Bluetooth version 5.2. Direct thermal printing speed up to 14 ppm. The level of detail is 300x300 dpi. The Brother PJ-883 portable printer is designed for various power options. To make the device as autonomous as possible, you only need to purchase a branded battery PA-BT-002. A full charge of the battery will print approximately 600 A4 pages.

With a power supply, the printer will be able to operate from a simple 220 V power supply. There is also a car adapter for 12 V power supply. Sublimation paper is required for printing. Optionally, a special tray is available for storing a supply of rolled thermal paper.
