The Moulinex HV8 electric meat grinder series occupies the mid-price segment and is positioned as a collection of reliable appliances for intensive home use, with an emphasis on durability, power, and enhanced culinary capabilities. It is the most powerful and functional range of meat grinders from the brand.

All models in the series share a number of design solutions that fundamentally differentiate them from cheaper counterparts. The connection between the auger and the motor is made of metal, not plastic — this is a key durability factor that prevents the main unit from breaking when working with tough and dense meat. A self-sharpening stainless steel blade ensures consistent grinding quality throughout its lifespan. The reverse system allows for the quick release of stuck sinews and bones without disassembling the appliance, while being structurally protected from accidental activation. Built-in overload protection automatically shuts off the motor when there is a critical increase in load. Four non-slip rubber feet provide stability on any surface. All models in the series are equipped with separate compartments for storing the cord and attachments directly in the body, as well as a wide carrying handle.

Within the series, there are standard and more advanced models with the Pro designation. Characteristics of the first category are similar: power of 2000 W, performance about 2.5 kg of meat per minute. The flagship sub-series increases the power to 2200 W and performance to 4.5 kg/min.

Depending on the model, the package may include discs for different grind levels, attachments for homemade sausages and kebbe, as well as drums for shredding, dicing, and grating, turning the meat grinder into a multifunctional kitchen processor.
