Brass plumbing hoses

 

— brass is not well suited for drawing into fibers; therefore, it is not used in classic tap and water supply hoses and is found mainly in shower models, as well as in products with a bellows design (see "Type — for a tap"). And even among such products, this variant of distribution has not received. This is primarily due to the fact that brass in this case is actually a design material. It can have a characteristic golden or reddish colour, well suited for showers in the original design (in particular, in the "retro" style); however, this alloy does not have any practical advantages over the same stainless steel, and it costs much more.
