— brushes designed to clean the walls of the pool from various contaminants. Usually, they have a fairly simple design — in the expectation that the cleaned dirt will either float to the surface and fall into the filter (see "skimmer"), or settle to the bottom and be removed with a bottom brush (see the relevant paragraph). Note that the brush bar is most often not included in the kit, it must be purchased separately.
