Uniforms

— a set of clothes that can be used for both training and sports. The uniform usually consists of a T-shirt and shorts. This is a standard kit for those martial arts in which kicks and low punches, as well as grabs and throws, are prohibited. But the uniform for martial arts, in which you can make kicks, grabs and throws, is additionally equipped with a jacket. In some cases, pants are also part of the uniform.
