Rotisserie fork

— a rotating rod on which the baked product is strung. It is used for cooking some dishes, in particular, shish kebab. Rotation ensures uniform baking of the dish and can be an alternative to convection. Often it is powered by an electric motor. In addition, for models with a rotisserie fork, a grill is also practically mandatory (see the relevant paragraph).
