Measuring containers
Measuring containers
— various containers for precise dosing of liquid and bulk products. The most common variant of such containers is measuring cups and jugs: vessels made of transparent material with a scale applied to it to determine weight or volume. Scales in such products are often provided for several — for different types of products (water, sugar, flour, etc.); the total volume of the vessel itself can also be different. In addition, this category sometimes includes measures used by bartenders — jitters. Such a measurement in its classical form resembles an hourglass in shape, but in fact it is two metal glasses, made up “bottom to bottom”. Shot glasses have different sizes and well-defined volumes — for example, 20 mL and 40 mL; most often they are used when pouring strong alcohol and for dosing ingredients in the preparation of cocktails.
