Confectionery syringes
— syringes designed to work with products like cream, whipped cream, some types of dough, etc. They use the principle of a classic syringe: when you press the piston, a portion of the contents is squeezed out of the spout. At the same time, the set usually includes special nozzles for the spout, which have holes of different sizes (for products of different consistency) and shapes — round, rectangular, serrated, “stars”, etc. A specific set of nozzles may be different, this point should be clarified separately .Such tools are mainly used in the confectionery business — hence the name. They are very convenient when applying decorative details of complex shape, as well as when forming some products — for example, small cookies. Note that there is another kind of kitchen tools with a similar purpose — pastry bags (see the relevant paragraph).
