Ultrachrome

— pigment-based ink (see the relevant paragraph) used for professional colour printers with an extended colour scheme. If the standard colour scheme assumes 4 colours (CMYK), then in printers with ultrachrome ink, the number of working shades can exceed a dozen and a half. This allows you to achieve the highest quality colour reproduction when printing, however, such equipment costs accordingly.
