USB 2.0

— full size USB ports are used in desktop consoles. As in computers, they are designed to connect various peripheral devices: controllers, external drives (for example, “flash drives”), etc. The specific capabilities of working with such devices in different set-top boxes may be different. And USB 2.0 is the oldest version of this interface found in modern game consoles; some time ago it was very popular, but now it is being superseded by the faster and more advanced USB 3.0 (see the relevant paragraph).
