Condensing boilers
Condensing
— a type of gas boiler (see the relevant paragraph) generates heat not only due to the combustion of gas but also due to the condensation of water vapour, which is formed as one of the products of combustion. Such models have higher efficiency and lower gas consumption than traditional atmospheric boilers. Although this saving becomes most noticeable in low-temperature conditions (for example, when heating a warm floor by 40 °C). And anyway, in condensing boilers, the water temperature is somewhat lower, although this cannot be called a disadvantage. But these models are much more expensive than the classic ones.gas condensing | clear | Save List |
