They do not require the installation of a flue, do not burn air, do not produce combustion gases, etc. At the same time, the energy consumption of such units is very high, which is why they are noticeably more expensive to operate than gas ones. And most of these boilers cannot be plugged into a regular outlet — for the same reasons.
