Retro tap sets
Retro
— sets made in retro style — that is, imitating old plumbing (most often in the range from the 1920s to the 1950s-1960s).Such products are distinguished primarily by their characteristic artsy shape with curves and additional decorative elements. At the same time, brass is most often used as the body material (or, at least, a reliable imitation of this alloy. And mixers from such sets are made mainly of two-valve — this is a traditional design for original antique plumbing (although there are also single-lever devices). At the same time, in terms of functionality and overall reliability sets "retro" are not inferior to analogues in a more modern design. However, the specific design significantly affects the cost, and it makes sense to use such products only in bathrooms and kitchens that were originally designed in a similar style — they do not fit well into a more modern interior. So tap sets from this category are quite rare, they all belong to design solutions.
