— the main advantage of genuine leather is its high strength, provided that it is of minimal thickness. Most often, leather up to 1.5 mm thick is used for covering mitts — this is quite enough to safely transfer the energy of impact of almost any force to the filler. Genuine leather is not subject to cracking, like leatherette, and is characterized by excellent wear resistance and durability.
