— ceramic bowls look good and retain their appearance for a long time: in terms of scratch resistance, they surpass even steel ones. The same goes for weight: ceramics are quite heavy, thanks to which such bowls stand steadily on the floor, and it is very difficult to turn them over, even if the shape of the bowl theoretically allows it. The main disadvantage of this material is considered to be fragility; it can crack from a strong impact or fall; however, such troubles with pet bowls happen quite rarely, so this moment cannot be called critical. In terms of cost, ceramic bowls are somewhat inferior to metal ones, but they are superior to plastic ones.
