WETA Workshop Polystone - The Lord of the Rings Trilogy - Skull of a Moria Orc Polystone Statue | $59.00 | ||||
Weta Workshop was intrinsically involved in the design and physical effects manufacture for all three films of The Lord of the Rings™ trilogy.
It takes hundreds of hours to design, sculpt, model make, mold, and paint the prototype for each new Middle-earth piece. Whether it be a prop replica, beautiful environment, or iconic character, we treat our collectibles with the same level of care and attention to detail that we bring to our film work.
This particular Orc skull, hailing from the deep recesses of Khazad-dûm™, displays tremendous environmental variation compared others of its kind.
The specimen reveals a sturdy cranial structure adapted to the subterranean environment, with pronounced brow ridges and enlarged ocular cavities, suggesting heightened sensory adaptations. The Moria Orc provides invaluable insights into the harsh, lightless world beneath the Misty Mountains™, where these creatures thrived and infested.
