COOLING FAN
It prevents hot air from damaging the range controls. Cold air enters the oven door from below and warm air vents out through a slot above the handle.
TRIPLE TEMPERED GLAZED OVEN DOOR
Made up of three panels of glass, creating a semi-sealed chamber and a second chamber with an air current. It dramatically reduces the external surface temperature of the oven ensuring safety and reducing energy consumption.
TELESCOPIC SHELVES SUPPORTS
Special guides prevent the overturning of trays, grilles and spits with a load up to 33 pounds, while also permitting easy access for turning and basting.
GREASE FILTER
The grease filter ensures that the oven cavity is always clean.
