After careful consideration of customer feedback, Haida has developed the M10 100mm Filter Holder System with 52mm Adapter Ring, a product specifically designed to cater to the requirements of landscape photographers of all levels. This innovative filter holder system boasts a quick-release design, enabling swift filter installation and effortless operation. The process is straightforward: first, install the adapter ring, followed by the holder, and then simply drop in the filters. This new design allows the round circular polarizer filter (CPL) to be clipped into the holder, eliminating the need for time-consuming screw-in threads and enabling faster setup times. This means more time for you to focus on your creative process.The drop-in round filter design is user-friendly. The included CPL locks into place with a simple push and can be easily removed by pulling outward on the filter. The CPL mount features a 3-gear linkage design, ensuring smooth rotation of the CPL when the top gear is turned. When the drop-in CPL is not in use, a light sealing ring can be inserted into the CPL slot to prevent light leakage. Constructed from aviation-grade aluminum and PC materials, the M10 100mm filter holder is both robust and lightweight. The M10 holder is designed to accommodate up to 2 filters (100x100mm or 100x150mm) as well as the round CPL on a full-frame camera at a focal length of 16mm without vignetting. A full 360-degree light gasket is fitted to prevent light leakage during long exposures, and an 8cm textured non-slip cotton strip on the base of the holder frame provides added grip, reducing the risk of filter breakage. The holder, when used in conjunction with the adapter ring, allows for quick and easy clip-and-go use. Once assembled, the complete system can be rotated 360 degrees.
