Anatomical Icelandic bridle in supple Italian leather. The headpiece is designed to hug the base of the horse's ears. The adjustable leather strap with top nail buckle wraps around the headpiece to prevent downward pressure on the nape of the neck. The unique shape of the noseband allows total freedom of cheekbone and jaw movement, and does not interfere with bit placement or operation. The noseband features a two-part attachment to minimize pressure on the nasal bone. The headpiece and noseband feature a thin padded lining to further alleviate probing pressure and prevent lateral compression of the sensitive facial nerves surrounding the cheekbones and upper jaw. The removable brow bone and noseband are adorned with a single row of crystal stones.
