This costume begins with powder blue jacket and vest, complete with ruffled cuffs attached to the jacket sleeves. The vest has buttons in front. The blue pants have an elastic back waistband for a snug fit. To finish the whole ensemble off, the costume comes with a ruffled shirt front, which fits underneath the vest.
