Start the scene right with this Hanging Light-Up Ghost. This gleaming specter is three-foot tall and hangs from a loop behind the head. Flick on the switch to cause its eyes to glow red and the string of lights to gleam. Its plastic molded head is either in the shape of a horrific scream or a delighted cheer. (We're honestly not sure ourselves, but we imagine you'll figure it out!) The ghastly garments that shroud this ghostly guy are made of layers of netted cloth that look tattered and worn.
