We know that claiming that "smarts" are overrated might be a controversial subject but the more we think about it, the more we believe it. Just think, most of the time, if someone is "the brains" of an operation, they're up to no good. Someone has been using the trampoline to try and jump off the roof or staged a grandiose plot to hide a broken window from the parents. If only someone would have told that to the poor scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz! Still, we're glad he skipped down the yellow brick road with his companions to see the wizard. He might not be brainy, but he sure tugs on our heartstrings!
Design & Details
As much as we like the idea of a pro-brainless movement, your child can be plenty smart and dress up in this Wizard of Oz Scarecrow Costume! The shabby, patched costume was designed by our in-house creative team. The green top has realistic looking raffia "straw" trimming the sleeves and on the body of the top. The brown pants have oval patches around the knees and raffia straw around the bottom of the pants. Topping the whole thing off, the burlap hood overlaps the shoulders and the peaked cap gives the timeless scarecrow look that we all know and love. Making sure that your particular scarecrow has seen the wizard, this costume comes with a diploma for a happy ending this Halloween!
