Its sailor-style collar and arm openings are trimmed with blue grosgrain ribbon to match the blue webbing belt. Embroidered anchors decorates the left side of the chest and both hip pockets. The cuffed shorts are detailed with ribbon stripes. The white sailor cap is edged with blue ribbon. Make sure that you set it at a jaunty angle!
