The waist is cinched with an embroidered heart belt that matches the trim along the ruffled apron. The wide skirt has shining brown trim along the hem. An off-shoulder blouse is light-weight with lace trim along the shoulders and the puffed sleeves. The look is accented with a pink and white choker to polish off the costume!
