This is a plushy, purple jumpsuit designed in our in-house studios to replicate the Care Bear Cousin's look, including flipper boot covers, sewn-on mitts, and a big hood that features Cozy Heart's smiling beaked face. The tummy region is a white patch with Cozy Heart Penguin's hat-wearing heart Belly Badge.
