The AES 265-bit encrypted signal also protects confidential content during transmission of up to 100 ft.Instrument ready, the PT100 Beltpack Transmitter provides crisp, studio-quality sound. An ultra-low latency device, it can also be combined with a wide range of headsets or clip-on mics (sold separately). Using only 2 AA batteries, the life of the transmitter is up to 12 hours and status is displayed via on-board LED indicator or on the receiver.Operating the DMS100 system is easy. Plug and play with the receiver's auto-detect of available frequencies for quick set-up. Overlapping signal detection prevents loss of transmission when near WLAN or Bluetooth devices are detected.
