How To Use / Directions: Peel and place one patch on the affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. Patch may be worn up to 8 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard. For ages 18+. We designed our adhesive to stay put for up to 8 hours. Avoid use if you have sensitive skin or know you are sensitive to adhesive-containing products. Like other adhesive products, you can ease removal by taking off during a shower or bath, pulling off quickly, pulling off parallel to your body (as opposed to up and away), and trimming hairy spots prior to use.
