Ikan STR-A7III Stratus Complete Cage for Sony A7 III Series CamerasThe STR-A7III camera cage is designed to accommodate Sony a7 III and a7R III camera bodies. It comes in three main parts: top handle, base, and camera frame.The top handle mounts directly to the front of the cage frame and has multiple mounting points to position it where it works best for your application. The handle has multiple accessory mounting points and includes a cold shoe mount near where it connects to the frame’s front.The simple and sleek base has mounts for two included 15mm rods and both 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 mounting points for tripod and quick release plates. The base locks to the frame with an Arca-Swiss style connection and has hard stops on both sides for safe horizontal positioning. Rods can be positioned vertically from the base as well to accommodate follow focuses, Lens supports, and matte boxes.The camera frame is shaped specifically to fit the Sony a7 III style body and has cutouts on the top for button access. The left and right sides have space for access to memory card slots, A/V inputs and outputs, and remote ports. The cage bottom also sports a cutout over the battery port to allow quick battery swaps without cage removal.
