The dress is fitted with multiple layers to create a complicated look that is easy to wear.
The long sleeves are a light purple mesh, and the bodice and skirt are shiny black, ending in twisty tentacles. The bottom skirt features jersey ruffles that will create an aquatic sway, and the included conch shell necklace completes the look!
