No Returns.The Chatham vanity collection embraces the classic Shaker style with refined elegance. The popular Chatham collection is available in a diverse selection of colors and sizes that provide a variety of options. This unit is equipped with a solid wood, custom-sized tip out storage tray under the single centered bowl. A hardwood rollout drawer with full-extension soft-close undermount slides is situated beneath the adjustable shelf in the cabinet. Additional storage is provided by three dovetail drawers on either side of the cabinet. This vanity is adorned with Jeffrey Alexander's Cordova knobs and Bremen 1 pulls. All slides and hinges are soft-close. Vanity measurements: 60" W x 21-1/2" D x 35" H. The center rectangle cutout is sized to fit our undermount rectangle vanity bowl. Three holes are cut for an 8" widespread faucet, and a 4" tall backsplash is included. This vanity top is designed to overhang ½" on each side and in front of the vanity. Top measurements: 61" W x 22" D x 18 mm H. Backsplash dimensions: 61" W x 18 mm D x 4" H. Some assembly required.
