With a width of .946 (6 screw cap), they offer an extended clamping surface area for enhanced stability. The Max Tac Precision Rings utilize two integral recoil lugs which are milled directly into the base. This design not only increases the surface area of engagement between the rings and the rail but also ensures a snug fit into Picatinny slots with minimal clearance and zero shift. The rear ring is equipped with a bubble level to prevent canting during precise long-range shots, further enhancing shooting accuracy. To ensure maximum torque and strength, US made Grade 8 T-25 Torx screws are utilized. We recommend a torque setting of 15 in-lbs for the scope ring screws and 50 in-lbs for the scope base screws.
