Dressed without a care for company, he wears a pink robe over his white singlet and striped blue shorts. The exterior of his packaging is a desolate grey room, furnished only with a wooden table and oven. While the interior is a bright white with coloured balloons peering from the edges and ‘happy birthday’ printed on its back.
