The SP158A Megaphone is a compact, high-intelligibility reentrant-type loudspeaker designed for one-way or two-way sound and communication systems. Its sturdy, weatherproof, all-metal construction makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications, including industrial plants, warehouses, schools, construction sites, transportation terminals,... moreand recreational areas. The speaker operates at 8-ohm impedance, delivering 15 watts RMS continuous and 20 watts equalized, with a frequency response spanning 275 Hz to 14 kHz. It boasts a sound pressure level of 121 dB at four feet on axis with a 15-watt input at 1 kHz and a dispersion of 110 degrees. The microphone sensitivity is -22 dBm, and the speaker is equipped with screw terminals for easy installation. The tilt-and-swivel base allows for precise positioning, and the self-aligning, field-replaceable diaphragm ensures longevity. The speaker is finished with a mocha enamel coating for added durability.
