Approximately 3-4'' in diameter and 5-10'' in length, mini-logs can be used in place of charcoal or with charcoal when a larger fire is needed. Cleaner than charcoal, these hardwood logs produce only 2% residual ash compared to the 18-28% ash you get with charcoal. All mini-logs are kiln dried to ensure consistent performance from every bag.
