Manic Panic® Classic High Voltage hair dye is fortified with conditioner to add moisture AND act as a filler to pre-lightened hair. Vampire's Kiss® is a semi-permanent, direct dye ready to use out of the jar, no developer needed. This shade can give red tones to virgin, unbleached hair but it is recommended to lighten hair to a platinum blonde (toned level 10) using Manic Panic Blue Lightning Hair Bleach Kit for vibrant results.
