If your WiFi password has more than 31 characters or special characters such as the equals sign, please kindly change it to a password less than 31 characters. 4. Please keep your Camera and Wi-Fi router as close as possible during pairing. If the connection fails, please reset the base station first before trying again. 5. The Baby Monitor can support up to 5 units simultaneously, while the Camera does not have any limitations.
