The EZ409 includes 5 fiberglass reinforced cut-off wheels designed to last 2X longer compared to the 409. The highly-durable cut-off wheels feature a 1-1/2 In. (38.1 mm) wheel diameter and 0.025 In. (0.6 mm) thick blade making it ideal to cut, groove, and trim all types of metal including hardened steel. Best for tougher applications and for projects like cutting bolt heads, reslotting damaged screws, cutting sheet metal, or trimming metal rods. The cutting discs are also ideal for delicate woodworking projects and can be used on other materials including wood, plastics or ceramics. The wheels are designed with the patented EZ Lock system making accessory changes quick and easy. For use with the EZ402 EZ Lock mandrel only.
