AirPerfect baking sheets are designed to keep cookies from burning on the bottom, thanks to the double-layer construction with an insulating layer of air in the pocket between the layers. Make from carbon steel, the baking sheets are durable and warp resistant for many years of use. They have a nonstick coating that releases cookies and other baked goods easily. Even better, because the sheets have three flat sides, it's easy to slide the cookies off the sheet with no lifting -- just push them right onto a cooling rack. The fourth side of the baking sheet has a raised lip that's easy to grab, even while wearing oven mitts, so it's easy to get these in and out of the oven. This is a set of two cookie sheets with one large 16 x 14 inch sheet that's great for big baking projects and a smaller 14 x 12 inch sheet that's perfect for the extra cookies that don't fit, or for smaller batches.
