Redemption: E-gift cards are redeemable for all Fever offerings in the U.S. available on the Fever app and at feverup.com. To redeem, enter your unique e-gift card code on the payment page at checkout. You may redeem only one (1) e-gift card per order. All orders using e-gift cards at checkout will be processed in U.S. dollars. Payment and Balances: If the e-gift card balance does not cover the total purchase amount, you must pay the remaining balance with a valid payment method. If the e-gift card balance exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will be stored on the e-gift card for future use. Applicable sales tax will be charged on purchases made with an e-gift card. Returned merchandise will be credited in the original form of payment. Purchase Details: E-gift cards can be purchased in the following increments: $25, $50, $75, $100, and $200 or other denominations as offered by FeverUp. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of e-gift cards. E-gift card orders will be delivered via email within two hours, pending credit card authorization. E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other e-gift cards. E-gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value. Unused e-gift cards may not be transferred. E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law for balances after purchase. E-gift cards have no expiration date. Responsibility and Refunds: You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address for the recipient when purchasing an e-gift card online. You will receive an order confirmation email containing the e-gift card value and the recipient’s email address. Refunds will not be issued for e-gift card purchases sent to an incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable email address provided by the purchaser. We are not responsible if the e-gift card is lost, stolen, or redeemed by an incorrect recipient or unauthorized holder. Lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced. Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to remove any customized content you contribute to an e-gift card if it contains content that is unlawful, obscene, indecent, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.
