The system includes injection adhesive in plastic cartridges, mixing nozzles, dispensing tools, and hole cleaning equipment. The AC100 Plus Gold is designed for bonding threaded rod and reinforcing bar elements into drilled holes in concrete and masonry base materials. Features This adhesive is evaluated for use in dry and water-saturated concrete including water filled holes, valuated and recognized for freeze or thaw performance, range of embedments in interior and exterior applications, and long term and short term loading. It is suitable to resist loads in cracked or uncracked concrete base materials for cases where anchor design theory and criteria applies. It can be installed in a wide range of base material temperatures. The adhesive is qualified for seismic and wind loading. It provides consistent performance in low and high strength concrete (2,500 to 8,500 psi). It has a versatile low odor formula with quick cure time.
